5 Types of Angora Rabbits #shorts
(1) English Angora
The English Angora weighs 5 to 7 1/2 lbs at maturity. It’s also the most popular angora for the show table because of its unique face and ear “furnishings.”
(2) French Angora
The French Angora rarely weighs more than 10.5 pounds. Its dense undercoat means that it requires less maintenance than other Angoras, though this is still considerably more than any shorthaired rabbit.
(3) Giant Angora
The Giant Angora weighs at least 9 1/2 to 10 pounds and is one of the highest-fiber producers in the group.
(4) German Angora
The German Angora is not recognized by the American Rabbit Breeders Association, the German Angora weighs seven to 11 1/2 pounds.
(5) Satin Angora
Satin angoras were created through a cross between French angora and a satin rabbit. At 6 1/2 to 10 pounds.
