‘Cream crown’ Marsh Harrier hunting wet fields along the Great Brook towards Buckton. I find this, mobile and intermittently visible, individual hard to sex. At times looked stocky; sometimes less so. Cream crown and remnant pale chest bar. Pale under under flight feathers except for ‘dark’ outer primary similar to male. But no dusky trailing edge hindwing? Older fem?
