We decided to test this tiny pet bunny rabbit’s ears. We came home from seeing a movie. The rabbit was nowhere to be seen. We assumed he was upstairs lounging or eating some delicious hay. The bet was whether or not he could hear a normal opening of the refrigerator door from upstairs.

Does this scientifically prove that rabbits have the best hearing ability of any mammal? Maybe! Does it prove that rabbits are the best animals in the entire world? Yes! It totally does!!

Without a doubt, this video shows that a rabbit’s ears are fine-tuned instruments, capable of hearing the faintest of sounds. Pipkin has specifically tuned his ears to the sound of a refrigerator door opening. Smart bunny! You deserve a treat! Enjoy eating some delicious kale!

Also, please disregard those two little rabbit poops in the background, under the counter. He is hiding them. We would vacuum them up, but we don’t want him to know that we know about them. He would probably feel bad, and he’s sad enough already because of winter.
