From Krystal King:
I dragged my family out in the rain for a little bit of
birdwatching. We we’re lucky that the wind was sending the rain in the
opposite direction of the windows in the Marloes Mere bird hide so we
could sit and enjoy a soup and some birds in
the warm. This was at about 2pm.

2 Chough in the field on the right past Runwayskiln. From
the hide – 6 Mallard, 2 Wigeon, 5 Shoveler, 1 Little Grebe, 2 Coot, 20+
Herring Gull, 30+ Canada Goose and approximately 30 lapwing flying over
the mere.

Happy New Year!
