Conditions were a bit chilly and choppy but the light was good. Nice to get another look at the pair of Ring-necked ducks at Rosebush, keeping company with 3 Tufted duck (2m). 2 Little grebe, 2 Teal, 2 Heron and 2 Canada geese (might be the pair that sometimes nest around here).

Llys-y-fran was even chillier and choppier. Very few gulls tonight. 100 LBBs when I arrived had only increased to 650 at dusk, 50 BH gulls, 20 Herring gull, 2 Common gull and a single Yellow-legged gull. An adult Iceland gull flew in from the south with a late group of gulls at 5:50pm. Otherwise: a drake Goosander 3 Goldeneye (2m), 6 GC grebe, Little grebe and 51 Greylags
