Pics below of the Kite sp. seen on the W edge of Bicester this morning. Superficially looking good for Black Kite, albeit seen for only c5 minutes in poor light. Study of photos this evening, I think probably eliminates BK. I can’t see any signs of a 6th primary wing tip. However an interesting and challenging bird to get the brain matter going – comments on it very much welcome!
